Printing Information / Terms & Conditions

1. Select your product, color, & quantity.
2. Choose the printing method.
3. Choose the Imprinting color.
4. Submit your artwork by email.

Preferred artworks: All files created in a vector format (e.g. .ai, .cdr, .eps).
Artworks that do not meet above requirements will be subject to an artwork charge of $65.00/hr, (minimum $25.00).

CUSTOM PRINTING FOR BAGS & POUCHES

A. Foil Printing (applies to Bags & Pouches)

Metal plates*: $60.00 (Standard size - up to 30 sq.")
Set up charges**: $30.00
Printing charges: 

Orders over $500.00***   = $0.18/print (Logo size up to 30 sq.") 
Orders under $500.00*** = $0.20/print (Logo size up to 30 sq.")
                                               = $0.25/print (Logo size 30 sq." - 50 sq.")
                                               = $0.40/print (Logo size larger than 50 sq.")
                                               = $0.40/print for fabric bags

Minimum printing: $25.00
Tolerance: +/- 5% on all printing quantities

B. Ink Printing (applies for Bags)

Rubber plate*: $120.00 (Standard size - up to 30 sq.")
Set up charges**: $30.00
Printing charges: 

Orders over $500.00***    = $0.09/print
Orders under $500.00*** = $0.11/print

Minimum printing: $25.00
Tolerance: +/- 5% on all printing quantities

C. Silk Screen Printing (applies for Fabric bags, Garment bags & Satin pouches)

Silk screen plate*: $60.00 (Standard size - up to 30 sq.")
Set up charges**: $40.00
Printing charges: 

$0.25/print (Logo size up to 30 sq.")
$0.35/print (logo size 30"sq – 50 sq.") 
$0.50/print (logo size larger than 50 sq.") 

Minimum printing: $45.00
Tolerance: +/- 5% on all printing quantities

CUSTOM PRINTING FOR BOXES

Foil/Pad Printing

Metal/Pad plates*: $60.00 (Standard size - up to 30 sq.")
Printing charges: 

Orders over $500.00***   = $0.18/print
Orders under $500.00*** = $0.20/print

Minimum printing: $25.00
Tolerance: +/- 5% on all printing quantities 

CUSTOM PRINTING FOR RIBBONS

Metal plates* (Foil Printing): $40.00 (Standard size) 
Printing charges: 

For Metallic Colors:  

$15.00 for 100 yards
$8.00 for 50 yards
$5.00 for 25 yards

For Matte colors:  

$20.00 for 100 yards
$12.00 for 50 yards
$7.00 for 25 yards

Minimum printing: 3 Rolls
Tolerance: +/- 5% on all printing quantities

* Plate charges apply one-time only. If a new design is required (logo change, print method, print size adjustment etc.) a new plate must be created (charges apply).
** Some print job requires a machine to be set up. A charge of $30.00 or $40.00 will be applied for specific machines. Please note: multiple print sizes of the same logo require multiple plates and set-ups.
*** The $500.00 total amount refers to the total of the order before the printing charges.
